You’re invited to celebrate Excellence in Bloom at the Sacramento Hotel Association’s 32^nd Annual Hospitality Gala. This spring-inspired evening will celebrate the outstanding individuals and teams who make Sacramento’s hospitality industry thrive.

Together, we’ll recognize achievements, honor excellence, and enjoy an elegant night of connection and celebration. Don’t miss this opportunity to gather with industry leaders and celebrate the people who help our hospitality community flourish.

7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Dinner and Awards

Dress Code: Attire is semi-formal with a fresh spring flair.

Award Nominations

Each year SHA recognizes outstanding employees from our member properties and one outstanding SHA vendor member.  The awards will be presented at the SHA Hospitality Gala on March 26, 2026 at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento. Nominations will NOT be accepted after Friday March 6^th. 

Hospitality Employees of the Year

Criteria: Outstanding performance; has a positive attitude and a true sense of caring; a team player or leader always willing to perform beyond job requirements. Please provide examples where appropriate. Must be from an SHA member property. Each hospitality employee nominee will be honored by the Sacramento Hotel Association at the Hospitality Gala as an “Employees of the Year.” Each employee nominated will receive an engraved award from SHA as well as be recognized on stage by the nominator.

Vendor Member of the Year  

Criteria: Outstanding contributions to the hospitality community; performs above and beyond expectations. This performance reflects positively on the company. Please provide examples where appropriate. Must be a SHA member. One key vendor company will be honored by the Sacramento Hotel Association at the Hospitality Gala as the “Vendor Member of the Year.”

31st Annual Hospitality Gala

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Sacramento Hotel Association’s 31st Annual Hospitality Gala — a dazzling evening of elegance, excitement, and celebration. This year’s Casino Royale theme brought glamour and thrill to every moment, from the fine dining and lively entertainment to the heartfelt recognition of excellence in our local hospitality industry. Guests dressed to impress, tried their luck at the tables, and helped make the night one to remember. We’re grateful for your support and look forward to seeing you again next year!
