Member Spotlight: Buenos Aires Grill

To kick off our member spotlight series we would like to highlight Buenos Aires Grill, an authentic Argentinian Food truck and SHA Association member that joined earlier this year. Founded in 2018, this family-run food truck brings the bold, authentic flavors of Argentina to the Sacramento region. As the area’s only Argentine food truck, they’ve built a loyal following by serving handcrafted empanadas, choripán, steak and milanesa sandwiches, and their signature homemade chimichurri—all made with passion and pride. Their rotating menu also includes vegetarian options, ensuring there’s something delicious for everyone.

Buenos Aires Grill can be found at local breweries, farmers markets, wineries, and private events throughout Sacramento and Placer Counties. With a focus on community, quality, and cultural authenticity, they’ve become a standout in the local food scene—earning praise not only for their flavorful dishes but also for their warm, welcoming service. Whether you’re looking for a unique catering option or a flavorful bite on the go, Buenos Aires Grill delivers gourmet on wheels with heart.

You may have seen and even gotten to enjoy delicious empanadas from Buenos Aires at both the 2024 and 2025 Swinging Fore Scholarships golf tournaments. Shane Twilla and Estefania Bozzalla are the faces you will often see through the window of the truck and at SHA events, but the business wouldn’t exist without the inspiration and support they receive from parents Ruben Bozzalla and Francesca Bozzalla.
